Bottom line. A lot of companies, both large and small have jumped on the “SharePoint bandwagon”..  They bought it, they installed / configured it, they taught their employees how to use it.  But my personal opinion is that a lot of companies are experiencing some slight “buyers remorse”

Have you run into this problem? You set up a SharePoint document library with required metadata (columns).. 

It appears there is a bug in SharePoint 2010 when you use underscores in the document library name. It is fairly nasty in that you can’t simply delete the library and start over.
